Submission Guidelines

Our Stance on AI

Emberwick Press maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy regarding AI-generated content. We seek 100% human-authored works. Any submission found to utilize AI generation will be immediately rejected and the author banned from future submission periods.

Reading Period

Our inaugural reading period for launch titles will be open from 1 April 2026 to 1 May 2026.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking full-length manuscripts in the Sci-Fi, Fantasy, and Thriller genres.

Novels: 70,000 to 110,000 words.
Novellas: 20,000 to 40,000 words.

Compensation & Rights

We offer a flat advance of $500.00 USD against a 20% net royalty on all digital and print sales. We require exclusive First World English Rights and digital publishing rights for a period of two years.

Submissions will be accepted exclusively via our Duosuma manager.
