Landon Parks serves as the Editor of Emberwick Press, drawing on a multifaceted career rooted in education and the literary arts. A former elementary teacher with a deep-seated belief in the transformative power of narrative, Landon brings a mentor’s heart to the editorial desk. He is the author of The City of Emeralds and the forthcoming Professor Killjoy series, giving him an intimate understanding of the author's journey from initial spark to finished manuscript. Having previously spearheaded Maple Creek Press, where he oversaw the successful release of numerous titles, Landon pairs his creative intuition with seasoned industry experience to champion bold, character-driven stories that leave a lasting ember in the reader's mind.
